Commercial Contracts

You bought a small business and made the first payment, but the seller sues you to try and change the deal.

Your bookkeeper forged your name on checks made payable to him, and ran your small business into the ground.

You stored furniture and the storage company negligently ruined most of it.

You hired a contractor to renovate your apartment, paid him up front, and then he did horrible work.

These are a sample of situations where clients have come to me for help. Sometimes a lawyer's letter and phone call can resolve the problem, sometimes a lawsuit must be defended or initiated.

We make contracts/agreements all the time, some more formal than others. Usually both sides do basically what they promised to do. But sometimes, legally enforceable agreement are broken (breached) by one party, causing financial damage to the other. This is when you need a lawyer you can count on, who will fight hard and effectively, tell you the truth, and won't charge an arm and a leg.
